A really great location, making it really easy to get anywhere with easy access to public transport and a 20 minute walk into the city. A very lovely breakfast and very friendly reception staff. The rooms were very clean and well serviced each day. A very pleasant stay.

Good location, only 2 minutes to Prater station by walking. Then by taking underground you can easily go anywhere in Vienna. Very quiet and well furbished rooms. Breakfast was perfect with many choices.

Good: the friendly and knowledgeable service staff (suggesting wonderful nearby restaurants), the breakfast buffet, the cleanliness, the location. Bad: the very uncomfortable beds. Overall, a very nice hotel. If we visit Vienna again, we would stay at this hotel (but wish they had more comfortable beds).
