Good standard hotel for business, reception is nothing special and also breakfast didnt shock me, but in overall i had good feeling about hotel. My room was upgraded to Junior suite which is on ground floor, room was big enough, but little bit cold (temperarture and also design). Wifi is available everywhere in the hotel for free. Close to hotel...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 night"s in March. Our room was at the side of the Hotel, on the 3rd floor ,it was very quite, but very warm even with the window opened. The room was very small, with only a tiny space to hang clothes, it would be O.K. if you were staying for 1 night. There were no drawers to...

The hotel is in a quiet area but is only 10 minutes walk from the busy Mariahilferstrasse shopping street – there is also a U-bahn stop here (No. 3). Bus (No. 48A) and tram (No. 5) stops with a very frequent service are only a few hundred metres away so you can be in the centre of the city in...

The hotel was ok, the staff was kind but the hotel is more suitable for business trips. It didn't have the charm. Rooms were clean and big. The location is also not that good, it is not in a really nice neighborhood.

We were with another couple and could split the cost of a taxi (around 12-14 euros to Old Town) so that wasn't bad either. The rooms were clean and quiet. I considered them large based...

The hotel is well located: equal distance from the city centre, train station and shopping street Mariahilferstrasse. Still, if you want to save your feet for better things it's good to buy a transportation card, if you ctay in this hotel.
In general the hotel is OK, but not really ****. They have wellness, bar, etc, BUT the rooms start...

It seems that Falkensteiner Hotel Am Schottenfeld has the most cooperative hotel personnel I have ever dealt with in my life. The reservations team is extremely helpful and prompt. The reception is also very nice!
The Hotel is not very centrally located (takes around 20 mins to Mariaholferstrasse and 45-50 mins walking to Opera), however it is one of the...

I payed 64 euros for standard double room what is a great price (breakfast excl.) Room was cozy and stylish, very very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel is 10min walking from metro at Mariahilf. strasse and museum quartier, but you can easily find free parking lot (on weekend free of charge). I will definitely return there

This hotel was clean and the room was very nice. There was no noise from outside or other guests. The room was very hot though and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, which made sleep difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to train and a 5-10 minute walk to the station. Breakfast at this hotel...
