We stayed for two nights in february and had less than 15 degrees celsius in the room. We complaind to the reception but they showed no interest in helping out, even though the rest of the hotel was considerably warmer than the small annex building our room was located in. More

We had very bad experience with this property and expecially with main manager, Andrea. Location was not so good as they explain us before booking. We found dirty toilet and half clean room. Breakfast was also poor. I would not recommend this property to anyone who's going first time to Vienna. More

We stayed in the new part of the hotel. If you go try to get the rooms 1001-1006. They must be the best The rooms were all new renovated and very clean. It was very quite and we felt comfortable. It was in good walking distance into down town. The staff at the reception was very friendly. More

I liked very much the room and the location. We walked to the center but it is also metro station near. The room is nice and clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was so-so, I mean nothing special but you can eat. It was nice staying there because the price was also very good. More
