Hotel is very nicely designed, looks modern and is spotlessly clean everywhere. Check in process quick and easy. Stayed at Rica Victoria, right in the city centre. The hotel is simply superb. everything up to expectations, good service. I'll be back whenever I visit Oslo. The city is very expensive though. Spent around $60 for fried fish & french fries & glass of soda. Not typical elsewhere in the world.
