Use this hotel during a business trip, very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection. The wireless wasn't the greatest but besides that everything else was great. Nice hotel in the heart of Oslo, just opposite the Radisson Blu hotel. My room was fresh and newly refurbished, with a very comfortable bed. I had a very pleasant stay at Thon Hotel Europa. The price was a lot lower than the neighbouring hotels, however the "cheapness" did not reflect in the hotel. The furniture in the rooms are too cheap. Some rooms are actually alright but I have also had rooms very wierd furnished. Comparing the room rate to other hotels in Oslo, you get what you pay for. The staff was helpful, the room was nice and scrupulously clean, the breakfast buffet was very good and services for a business traveller (internet access and access to a printer) were excellent.
