Free wi-fi, free parking, quite cheap for stavanger. Super-breakfast. What else do you need to stay for 1 night? =)
p.s.: bathroom and toilet are on the floor =(

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this traditional little B&B in April. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom and toilet. Its housed in a very old, traditional house, within 5-10mins walk of the Stavangar Old Town. Its very old-fashioned and a bit shabby around the edges, but its clean, its central and its cosy. The breakfast is...

I stayed here in July 2011 with my husband and his parents who were over visiting us in Norway from Australia. We all loved this guesthouse, particularly the extremely warm welcome from the owners. We found the breakfast excellent - varied and substantial - we can particularly recommend the freshly-cooked omelette (set us up for our walk up Pulpit Rock!)...

This is little more than an ordinary B&B as we know them from Britain and Ireland. The downsides are a) no en-suites, b) small bathrooms and only hand-towels, c) very variable breakfast, depending on number of guests, d) poor noise-insulation regarding sound from other guests in the hall and from the street.
If you can live with that, the advantages...

B&B just outside centre of town. Rooms clean and comfortable, but decor old fashioned and drab. Most rooms with only a washbasin, so share toilet and shower, which were cramped and basic. Management amateurish, eg a toilet ran out of loo paper, paper towels and soap. No room cleaning - but no notice of this. Towels thin & poor. Breakfast...

The people truly make this place - they were kind enough to store some medicine for us for a couple days even though we only stayed here one day, and they have 4 bicycles that they let their guests use (you have to reserve them) for free during your stay! We rode the bicycles up to the Iron Age Farm,...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights in June. The guest house is an old building just outside the centre of Stavanger, but easy (10-15mins) walking distance. The guest house is an old building that retains much of its period charm. We had a large room with double bed, sink, separate couch and arm chair and TV. The...

Most welcoming and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Their friendliness helped greatly with my feelings of homesickness, and they accommodated my need for an early start each day. The bed was comfortable, and the linen clean and fresh. The room was compact and warm (it was extremely cold outside). The location is close to the town...

We stayed there for one night. 750 Kronen per room, breakfast included. The guesthouse ist more than 100 years old. Toilett and bath is not in the rooms but on the floor. Evertthing is very clean.
It is nothing for luxury but very nice and u can feel how people lived 100 years ago. The breakfast was very good.

We only stayed for one night, but I´d love to come back to this place. The house is over 100 years old and has a wonderful atmosphere. The room was big and cosy and the service was very friendly. We had shared toilets and showers on the floor, and they were very clean and never occupied. Even the breakfast was...
