Stayed with my now wife on mon 14th May 2012, very nice room ( all at sea) lovely to wake up to the view over the sea, bed extremely comfortable, very nice breakfast.host Karen and Mark very nice, would stay again if in the area. More

A very small room without a window, bedside table or anywhere to hang a bath towel. TV only had 4 channels. Breakfast cooked food fine but coffee extremely weak and no fruit on offer. Croissant only available as an alternative. Noisy toilet must have disturbed next door guests. Balcony not really any use. More

As it says on our website this single room is "small but perfectly formed" and has everything you would need, many of our guests are repeat bookings for this lovely sea view room.. Bath towels can be hung on the back of the bathroom door and we have never had any comments on the noise level of the toilet!! A... More

We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, shopped 'till we dropped. The Langtons guest house was marvellous, clean tidy airy rooms with tasteful decor and a lovely sea view. We had the African room on the ground floor, but it still had lots of light and a view of the sea. Really nicely decorated throughout with our own DVD player and a large selection of DVDs onsite to pick from. Breakfast was excellent; a really nice stay. More

We only stayed for one night but cannot fault it at all. Excellent local information in each room, friendly owners, close to restaurants and the pier. We'd definately stay here again and will recommend to Eastbourne-bound friends! More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were very hospitable, place is comfortable, well situated on the royal parade, and the breakfast is large and tasty. Can't fault it really. Highly recommended. More

Our family recently spent two very comfortable nights at this excellent B & B. The owners were very friendly, industrious and helpful. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, each with its own carefully-chosen decor. The level walking distance to the pier and some great restaurants plus a selection of magazines and dvds kept us all happy. More
