Love this place. Yes, it's shabby. But it's clean, spacious, well-located and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Great value for money. Full English breakfast was good as were the evening meals. Everything works fine - fast (if tiny lift), plenty of hot water, wifi connection good. I will return. More

We have just returned from a weekend at the Princes Hotel In Eastborne. We were welcomed by William the operations manager with teas and coffees and our suitcases were taken to our rooms, after that we were spoilt! William and Winston who attended the bar were just great as for the rest of the staff, nothing was too much trouble.... More

This weekend was to celebrate 40 years of friendship together, it was to be a luxury surprise break. I wanted luxury, my husband who booked the trip with a bowens travel agent offered this choice as a best option for january. Outdated outside of the building, outdated inside, woodchip, worn out carpets and cracked walls up the stairs. Room 103... More
