The Arden is a reasonably priced, clean and quiet hotel within close reach of the best bits of Eastbourne. Stayed here for two nights in May in a twin room on the top floor. Room was a little small but clean and tidy. Breakfasts were very nice and the hosts very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Just got back from staying with Tracy and Eddy while my mum was staying at The Grand Hotel for a week ,its just as grand to stay at the Arden .My wife and I,with my daughter and her husband with there 3yr old daughter loved it ,rooms and the breakfast where great ,shame about eddy's slippers.
