Just returned from a three day break with family,we were a large group of 18 including children.The hotel staff are amazing nothing was any trouble,the hotel was very clean and the food was excellent.I have stayed at this hotel many times and will do in the future.

We have just had two nights at the Empire for our honeymoon. We have been going to Llandudno forever but never stayed here before. We stayed at No.72 WoW!! Everywhere beautiful and spotless. Cofortable bed and staff very helpful. Food amazing! Spa and pool very relaxing but unfortunately no spa staff when we wanted a massage due to illness.
