we had a 2 day stay at the hotel, we had a lovely front room with the most fantastic views of Llandudno and the mountains, the in room drink supplies were sparing and for some unkown reason we had no pillowcases on on our pillows ! breakfast was ok but they do need to invest in decent coffee!
