Patricia and Clive certainly know how to look after their guests. The rooms are beautiful, there are biscuits tea, coffee and even a corkscrew in the rooms, plus toiletries in the bathroom. Lympley Lodge, on the edge of Llandudno offers excellent value for money. The house and grounds are in superb condition, and the rooms decorated and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast was excellent, cooked by the friendly owners. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
