The hotel is currently being refurbished and our room had been refurbished, so our bedroom and bathroom were high quality. There are three floors and a basement that leads to the car park, all serviced by a lift. We stayed for a dance weeked that booked the whole hotel, and as such we had breakfast and evening meal, which would... More

We stayed for a three night new year break. The bedrooms were lovely - spacious, tastefully decorated, and a proper bath!! We had bay windows with beautiful views of the coastline and the Great Orme. We thought the cost of the break was cheap £278 each for bed breakfast, dinner and entertainment. However, the owner was obviously trying to cut... More

As a dance teacher we organise several weekends away for our dance studio each year. With 94 in the party we took over the whole hotel, with such a responsibility, i was obvously concerned with some of the comments here, all i can say is - its like the bank holiday diners, dont get out much, order a meal, clear... After seeing the last two reviews I was concerned about staying here, but it wasn't as bad as feared. Stayed here as part of a coach trip for 5 days. We stayed in one of the refubished rooms on the 3rd floor with a sea view. Just! As it was in the attic space of the original house I suppose... More

Having paid extra for a Premium Sea View room we were very disappointed indeed with the room we were assigned. Unfortunately, we did not get what we paid for. Yes, we had a sea view, no bay window though, as we were led to believe, and this room had not been upgraded. Quite frankly it was disgusting, we had to... More

DON'T STAY HERE !!! Having booked via the internet after looking at their website complete with nice looking pictures, I confirmed with telephone to double check exactly what I had booked. I spoke to a gentleman called Michael who completed my booking and told me I had confirmed my 2 night stay in a Premier room, recently refurbished with a... More

My husband & I loved the location of the hotel, our room overlooked the sea,was perfect, very clean, quality bed linen, comfortable bed. Unlike the previous reviewer, we found the staff and owner charming, the breakfast was first class and the evening meal more than adequate. We have book another stay via our trip to Anglesey More

I stayed at this hotel with my husband in June this year. We found the hotel very comfortable, food excellent - cooked well with a varied variety of dishes. Not too over facing. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was in a good location for the shops and other restaurants.Very clean hotel and the bedroom was beautiful. Entertainment was on Tues,... More

nice hotel mid promenade. Rooms were spacious and comfortable we were lucky to have a newly renovated bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and dinner was ok at least we had a choice of dishes. We could buy a packed lunch for our return journey which was very nice. Hotel is very good for disabled and... More

Some of rooms have new bathrooms. If your unlucky enough to get one waiting to be refurbished I feel sorry for you. The hotel restaurant staff think they speak English well but consistently get orders wrong and then get rude and defensive saying they understand what you are saying!!! They obviously don't and made our party of nine feel very... More
