My wife , myself and her parents went to the Chatsworth for a weekend break after seeing an offer in the national press by UK Breakaways for a 2 night stay including breakfast and evening meals for £75 per person. The hotel is right on the sea front , a couple of hundred yards from the pier and has its... More

The reception staff attitude was awfull . On our itinerary we have a wheelchair .which was over looked .Until I was handed my room key .i then turned to my disabled husband in his wheel chair .They then quickly asked for the key back and gave me another key deemed appropriate to them. When we got to the room we opened... Just returned from a three day break with Caledonian Travel 24/27th May 2013. Due to the trip being very reasonably priced, for what was included, we did not expect a five star hotel. However we did not expect such a run down hotel with damp on the ceilings, paper coming of the wall, dirty windows and the smell of damp. The... More

Transferred to this hotel by National Holidays for reasons unknown and without notice (originally due to be at New Loretta) so feared the worst. Pleasantly surprised - given a quiet room on ground floor as requested, which was clean, quiet and double glazed. Food satisfactory if basic and our 'included drinks' package fine. Avoid the wine with dinner and probably... More

Just been on national holiday 4 day tour we were supposed to be staying at another hotel but it was changed at last minute. This was quite worrying but to our delight we stayed here. I stayed in room 176 I was dismayed to find that the room was filthy ,the window was stuck together with grime, which had to be opened by a member off staff using brute force.I got drenched to the bone by a burst pipe in the toilet and received no concern at all from the staff . I was eventually moved... More
