This was our third visit to the Hilary under the excellent management of Deborah and Colin. They set the standard for Bed and Breakfast excellence. I would award them five stars for hospitality, quality, a magnificent breakfast and those little extras that are not provided in establishments charging much higher rates. This was an exceptional B & B. The room was great, the food was super, and the owners were truly hospitable. They accommodated our being vegan without hesitation.
