Very clean and comfortable rooms.Our bathroom was a good size and the shower is a good one. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very nice, you didn't have to wait long for anything and there was wide selection. The location is brilliant. If I come back to Llandudno this will be my number one choice. More

Me and my partner came here for my birthday weekend on 29th Oct and couldnt fault it the room was lovely beds very comfy in room 2.
