Tried tobook a room here a few years ago but the response to my enquiry was next to useless. Reading a lot of the reviews it seems I was very very lucky I booked elsewhere I loved reading the review regarding the wooden shed with a bed room which stank of damp. How do owners get away with this rubbish!

Have stayed here once before and again I was not disappointed. So quiet and private rooms, tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings. Able to relax and unwind after a long days work, in luxury. Lovely friendly family hosts with playful dog. Comfortable. Stayed in outside self-contained annex with 2 upstairs bedrooms and lovely downstairs bathroom. Nice clean thick carpets. Having seen the website we thought it would be a nice place for a one night stop over, that one night turned into one hour. The two bedroom apartment we had booked turned out to be a two bedroom outhouse with old grotty furniture and very poor decor. A total waste of money.

I have stayed here 3 times in preference for the alternative Premier, Days and Holiday Inns. Always cheaper, miles better, clean and spacious, run by a charming family who will cook and serve you a proper breakfast that will set you up for the day
