Stayed here for one night only,as working locally,lots of parking for vans etc,Jan was very welcoming,room was spotless and good size,breakfast nice and early if you need it,lovely home cooked to order and plenty of fresh coffee,spot-on!

Very pleasant stopover. The whole place is extremely clean and clearly regularly decorated. Breakfast is cooked to order, and the lady of the house is very welcoming and obliging. More three and a half stars than four.

This is a nice B&B just a couple of miles from Sutton Coldfield. Friendly welcome, comfortable and a decent breakfast. We stayed as we were visiting family nearby.Excellent room with four poster very comfortable bed. Hostess very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast cooked to our request and served in a lovely conservatory. This also has the advantage of being close to some really good pub/restaurants for evening meals. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely greeting upon arrival. we stayed here as we were going to a wedding nearby, we booked it via phone and were not disappointed. Very friendly staff and lovely clean bright rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was very nice and prepared and presented well. Would recommend to others and would stay here again if we were flying from birmingham for sure.

Stayed here for 1 night while I was working in the area. My room was excellent and very comfortable, lovely peaceful surroundings and great parking for our big vans!
