Excellent service from checking in to checking out. Room very quiet and clean. Hotel very handy for the railway station, vue cinema, weatherspoons and Carlisle itself. Breakfasts are very good, we just helped ourselves to as much as we wanted and there was plenty to choose from.

clean and tidy. easy to locate and close to shops and facilties. ample parking. good room size and large shower. staff were friendly. the negatives aren't worth writing about. overall good place to stay.
