Nice rooms, good heating, good strong showers, wide choice for breakfast and situated right in the middle of Ballater which means, of course, that one can walk to several restaurants, enjoy a glass of wine or three and walking back to the B and B takes just a few minutes. “Very welcoming, comfortable and a great breakfast.”

Large, comfortable spotless rooms with spacious ensuite bathrooms. Central location in town - easy walk to everything. Garage storage for bicycles. Off street parking for cars. Warm, friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit. Very good value. Convenient stopover while visiting Deeside area.
