Spent night before leaving at Heathrow T5, room had been newly refurbished and was very clean & comfortable. Had only paid £24.50 for 1 night stay plus £7 for overnight parking making overall experience very good value. Check-in was quick & easy, no hassle.

Very convenient to the airport but my room was filthy -- huge wet spot on the carpet, sticky bathroom floor, and an overwhelming chemical smell that made my eyes tear up. When advised of these conditions, staff were quite snippy.

Automatic check in failed to dispense key. Receptionist looked irritated that we troubled him. Beds were crooked and only had one pillow per person. Reception did supply more.
