You are put at ease and made to feel welcome ,spotlessly clean ,nothing is too much trouble ,the breakfast comes hot and plenty of it ,would return again that,s for sure ,there is local shop near by and places to eat ,you have peaseholm park on the doorstep ,and not far from sea front and town centre .
