Brilliant lovely little place. We stayed one night, very relaxed. Me, my mum and little girl stayed and we had a travel cot in the room which was great. Breakfast was yummy and set us up for the day. We will definitely be back again.

Spent last Saturday at the Phoenix,was very comfortable, andJenny was a very friendly host,,good hearty breakfast , recommend to anyone.U also get a parking permit for the front which is very handy,great location .

We really enjoyed our stay in this friendly,comfortable and well run accommodation. Positioned just a few minutes walk from Peasholm Park, and 5 minutes away from the sea this is an ideal place to stay when visiting Scarborough. Delicious breakfasts include the popular "full Yorkshire" as well as a choice of fresh fruit and pastries. We will definitely be returning!
