Just come back from a great bank holiday in scarborough. The hotel was great ,so clean and great facilities. What more could you want. Got a free parking permit to cover parking so no probs there. Weather was fantastic too. So all in all a perfect weekend. Keep up the good work derwent house we will be back!

Found this hotel on trip adviser and called to see if there was a room with a bath as we like a soak :) There was one and it was available for the days I wanted at a reasonable price (180 for 3 nights) in a double room. Three night break by the sea. Friendly andreally clean. Great filling quality breakfast. Pub in the corner the albion reasonable prices and fantastic entertainer. All round great value. We will be going again and cant wait.

Stayed here for 1 night while working in the area very central for town. The room was clean nice shower and really comfy bed, the breakfast was great with lots to choice from. Great free parking right outside. Would return again when in the area.

Every room very well decorated to a high standard...cleaners do the rooms and checked by the owners, good choice of breakfasts. The owners are always at hand with help and advice on what to visit...only a short walk to the castle and beach and swimming pool. All weather pitch more or less on door step.

stayed 2 nights carol and keith were lovely people we would go back again the honesty bar was a brilliant idea the room was great the breackfast was great we could not fault anything the views were spectacular the bars and restaurants also great will and jenny

This was out first overnight stay in scarborough and chose this hotel because of good reviews and it didn't disappoint. Really good value for money.
