No problems with the hotel. Food, staff and entertainment all to a high standard. Rooms perfect for needs and yet again to a high standard. “good value for money”

i stayed here 29th april 2013 some frendly staff i stayed in room 305 nice room and with shearings i got york AND whitby in with this but ipaid£9.00 to see heartbeat country all very nice and worth seeing entertainment not badThanks for reading

We stayed in a superior room which I would not class as superior! The shower curtain had blood & black mould on it! Which after complaining they did change! Kettle was disgusting, walls & doors were splattered with god knows in what! How these marks got missed I have no idea, I spotted them as soon as I walked in... More

“"Excellent value for money stay"”

Booked a long weekend self drive through Shearings/Bay hotels.Got to say couldnt fault the hotel at all. Excellent, pleasant staff, good choice of meals and superb value for money. Paid extra for a superior room which was huge and very well worth it. Would certainly go again and, without doubt, recommend
