Stayed one night to attend a birthday bash at the Wolverhampton Civic. Ideal location, nice pub next door. Friendly staff, clean room, value for money. Easy 10 min walk through the train station subway to get to the city centre.

Free parking and a decent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast next door. Everything worked well in the room, quiet efficient air con, and very peaceful. Paying for internet access is a pain. Good standard for a budget chain hotel.

My partner and i stayed here just for a peaceful break which we got. Staff don't really interact and you have to go outside the building to get to food. Not good. Stayed here for 3 nights for the Marillion weekend at the Civic Hall. Good hotel overall, nothing to complain about, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, very good shower, quiet hotel despite being by the train station never heard a thing. Free parking , good family restaurant next door. Takes about 10min to walk into the city centre.

I have stayed here 4 times and every time it has been spoilt by the inability of the staff in the restaurant to cook eggs the way i requested them. Quote " Dont ask me i'm only the waitress". I and my team will not be going back.

First time in a Premier Inn and have only seen Lenny Henry ads on TV. Great stay. We all slept very well. Rooms were spotless and staff were very obliging. This hotel is right beside the train station and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were very impressed with this hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast but most of all ideal location to go out in Wolverhampton town centre or even jump on a train to Birmingham. Only complaint would be that not being able to open the windows makes it very stifleing when it is warm.
