A clean hotel ideally situated for trip into Ross-on-Wye. Polite and helpful staff. Room modern and well sound insulated so no noise of doors slamming or people walking in the rooms above. Would have no hesitation staying here again. More

Had a very enjoyable stay, great value for money. Room had recentley be refurbished and room was immaculate. No noise from surrounding area, even though a quite a busy island. Four of us stayed for 2 nights and were all delighted with total package both the hotel and the Beefeater. The service we received at both was exceptional and the quality of the food was very good.We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Ross. More
