We had a wonderful 3 days at the Kings Head hotel in Ross on Wye. We were visiting the English countryside and stayed there in April, 2012. The hotel is a great old building upgraded with amenities without sacrificing the appeal of the original building. We stayed in room 3 with a 4-post bed and an up-to-date bathroom and shower.... We had a three day break at the Hotel. We stayed in Room 15 on the secoind floor. The only problem we found was the stairs, which could be difficult for older people or people with knee problems. Breakfast was excellent. The staff attentive and helpful. More

We statyed at this hotel for two night for a wedding. The hotel is situated on the high street of the town and has a good sized car park. Our room was on the top floor and the stairs were quite steep and narrow to the third floor. The room was clean with a good selection of tea and coffee.... More
