We stayed with friends at this friendly B+B as stopover to IOW. Nicely situated close to Marina. Russell very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast very nice, delightful garden, safe parking, quiet location and rooms comfortable. All in all very pleasant stay.

Eight rooms above a pub close to the Lymington Town Station, and a few minutes walk to the High Street and marina. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our room, on the second floor, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, served in the bar, consisted of juice, cereal and a full cooked selection. Secure car parking to the rear.

We Stayed 2 nights, with 2 adult children so had 3 rooms, lovely friendly people, warm, cosy and clean. Beautiful breakfast. And Internet was available. Short walk to shops and local attractions. Nice quiet spot

Pub is very near old part of Lymington and harbour area. Good pub accommodation. Evening food limited to pies and mash/ mushy peas but the pie offerings are very good.
