We had a pleasant stay at the Wavecrest guest house. Our room, which was overlooking the sea, was clean, modern and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. The guest house is well placed for the town and surrounding areas and parking the car was no problem.

The welcome as a little off hand but as this is a guest house and not a hotel you can't expect a 24hr concierge service. It was a very memerable stay, enjoyed the freedom to come & go as you please. Good breakfast to start my day right. Handy for the town too, with a slow stroll along the Prom. Will be back later this year.

Fabulous little bed and breakfast on Lowestoft Seafront, very reasonably priced. Loads of free parking .
