Wavecrest is a comfortable stop-over. Although there is no resident's lounge, rooms are large and comfortable with good views over the sea. There at two armchairs and a coffee table in the bay window. There is a large wall mounted television with Freeview.I There is a nice modern en suite bathroom with a large - double sized - shower. We had a pleasant stay at the Wavecrest guest house. Our room, which was overlooking the sea, was clean, modern and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. The guest house is well placed for the town and surrounding areas and parking the car was no problem.

Booked by our company for 2 nights whilst we were working locally. Excellent location with stunning views out to sea. Nice rooms with more than adequate space and facilities. Only problem is the beds are a bit too comfortable and we struggled to make early breakfast on our last morning before leaving. Oh one other thing tell Sue "don't forget... More

This guest house is in a street of similar establishments just across from the seafront. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the proprietors were very friendly. The station is only 5 minutes away. The best pub in town is the Triangle just off the north end of the High Street, with a good selection of real ales, some... More

The welcome as a little off hand but as this is a guest house and not a hotel you can't expect a 24hr concierge service. Room was large and comfortable with a view of the North Sea which is a bit grim in January! Probably the best value accommodation I have ever stayed at in the UK and would stay... More

It was a very memerable stay, enjoyed the freedom to come & go as you please. Good breakfast to start my day right. Handy for the town too, with a slow stroll along the Prom. Will be back later this year.

I'll keep this fairly short! Overall, the headline is that I would highly recommend this B&B as it does everything it needs to, and is great value for money. It also has a great location. Plus points: Room no.5 was immensely spacious & quiet given the B&B's location between two main roads, the breakfast was tasty & very generous &... More

Fabulous little bed and breakfast on Lowestoft Seafront, very reasonably priced. Loads of free parking . The room where we stayed was very comfortable, views of the sea with tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. They also provided and excellent full breakfast the following day. All in all we would definently... More
