This is my hotel of choice when travelling in and around the Orkney islands. Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms are immaculately clean, and as I discovered on my last visit the rooms have recently undergone refurbishment. Food is excellent as my ever expanding waistline will testify. This unprepossessing place provides a perfect base for visiting Kirkwall and the rest of the islands.
