this was the first time ive stopped here and was absolutly gob smacked at just how naturally friendly all the staff are, some places ive been you i felt although the staff were pleasant tha sometimes its a little forced, the staff here genuinely look and act like they enjoy what they do and make your stay a fantastic experience.... The trouble with this place is the image it displays. It's outdated carpets provide.A backdrop to a neglected hotel. From the outside it looks ok but the rooms and public areas are very outdated. The restaurant is nothing more than terrible. I must say this place gets the award for the worst pizza ever. More

Having been evacuated from our house because of a horrific road accident my family and I spent seven weeks at the Windlestrae.
