“Great B & B! Highly Recommended”

This was my first stay here and it wont be my last! The lady was really welcoming and friendly, we were late and she was really flexible. The room was spotless and breakfast was cooked to our tastes. We also had a lovely home cooked dinner here. To top it off the entire stay was great value! Definitely recommended

We found this B/B to be warm and accomadating the lady who runs it is very nice and makes you feel welcome. Although we had a shared bathroom it was right next to our room so not inconveinient . A friendly and obliging landlady, clean and cosy rooms,soft beds and fresh bedclothings, breakfasts according to my wishes and tasty dinners made me return to Roxburghe Guest House on my second visit to Central Scotland. Recommended - enjoy your stay
