A friendly welcome where we were made to feel at home from the start. Food was great, very clean room, spacious and all the amenities that you would require. Trevor was a great host during our stay and full of local knowledge. More

I normally don't give 5 star reviews, but for this b&b I make an exception. Excellent bed, good food, very hospitabel hosts. Very good value for money! More

As soon as we walked through the door Trevor showed us a warm welcome. The room was large and airy and had everything anyone could want. The bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent breakfast. More

It was our last night in Scotland so we were unable to stay longer unfortunately. Trevor, our host, made us very welcome and our son, Ryan, took advantage and was soon out the back feeding the chooks, playing with the dog and generally making himself at home. The arrival of Trevor's grand daughter got him pretty excited and the noise... More

We stayed here on a driving vacation through Scotland, and enjoyed our time here very much. Our host was very friendly and helpful - including making dinner reservations for us at the local pub. Great breakfast, good conversation, and useful suggestions for sites to see in the area. More

We toured Scotland and England for 14 days and mostly stayed one night in each place. Burnbank in Kinross was the best. Facilities like a good bed, spacious room, nice lounge, pay with credit card. Excellent cooked breakfast with a choice of items from a menu. There was coffee and tea in the room but also a small bottle of... More

The rooms we booked were fantastic - huge and furnished to a very high standard and with fabulous views. The whole house was brilliant; the downstairs lounge and breakfast area were spacious and there was guest seating in the garden. The owner was very friendly and very helpful, calling the pub to make us a reservation for dinner for example.... More
