Excellent hotel well located comfortable rooms good choice of breakfast..Friendly staff.Plenty of parking available.We asked for a room in a quiet location,and were not disappointed.It is a conference hotel so can be extremely busy.

This is a large modern hotel, which largely deals with conferences and so can get very busy. The staff are efficient, but not unfriendly. “Business conference for 4 days. Decent enough throughout.”

Here on conference for 4 days. Decent enough venue with plenty of space and break out rooms. Triumph bar is pretty cool with a Triumph motorbike on the wall behind the bar, decent beers on draught and a few real ales in bottles and in draft. All in all ok although it's maybe getting tired again!!

“Food was appalling - front desk staff were friendly and attentive”

Had some terrible food in the restaurant. The breakfast was OK - a relatively good selection. Found the staff to he friendly and attentive. The Executive Rooms are worth the upgrade - twice the size. The standard rooms are a little pokey. Shame there's no mini bar. Free wifi all around the hotel is a great bonus.

I came to stay at this hotel for 2 nights whilst attending a conference. Overall the staff were friendly and attentive, the room was 'standard' and pleasant enough. “Wonderful Hotel, great swimming pool!”

We recently stayed here as part of a regular chess event. (Husband played chess, boys and I enjoyed the leisure facilities). Room was very comfortable and breakfast superb - a huge variety of food and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A really pleasant stay, would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

“Great customer service, pleasant surroundings”

I attended a conference here where collectively we were treated very well. The staff are well mannered, helpful & approachable, the venue is smart & comfortable and the food is of a high standard. I am happy to recommend this hotel to travelers &' conference-goers' alike.
