I stayed here for a two day conference and the place was amazIng. The hotel is beautiful with lots of olde world charm while the business facilities are as modern as you would want. It was all backed up with great food from the oak room restaurant and exceptional service levels. More

My sister has just got married here..I cannot think of anything to say negatively about this hotel and their amazing staff, food and gardens. We stayed the night before in the Tapestry room which must be the biggest room in the hotel. The second night I stayed in a main superior double I think which was a lot smaller but... More

We had our wedding reception at Great Fosters in March 2012. From start to finish, the staff were fantastic - Victoria and David were great and all of the staff there clearly enjoy their work - the service was exquisite. Apparently there was another wedding on - but we didn't notice. David pre-empts questions, makes everything possible, all with a... More

We stayed in the room referred to as The Curricle which was masterfully decorated and had the largest bath tub I have ever seen in a hotel room. Gorgeous! All perfect. The food was innovatively conceived and presented and the dining room lovely. I thought the bar was cozy and atmospheric and of course the grounds and gardens were amazing... More

What a goregous hotel! Amazing building with beautifully kept grounds and period interior. Lunch/Dinner/Afternoon Tea on the terrace on a Saxon Moat in the summer and beside roaring fires in the winter. Fantastic service and staff who can't do enough for you, and always with with a smile. Have been many times with family and friends - delicious food and... More

My husband treated me to a night at Great Fosters and it was pure luxury. The attention we received from the huge amounts of welcoming and helpful staff was totally spoiling. We paid a little extra to stay in one of the themed rooms, the Italian, and it was a gorgeous room with lots of interesting things to look at,... More

This was my first visit to this hotel and I was so impressed. We had a delicious lunch in fantastic surroundings. However my most overriding impression was the customer service which was second to none. Have already recommended this venue to all my friends and look forward to visiting again soon. More

This is a stunning hotel, beautiful grounds and a great setting however for the price you dont really get much. I expected for the price something really special. I was disappointed. Not all rooms have tea and coffee facilities, the bathroom we had was small, rooms are dated and there arent may special touches for the price. Breakfast was good,... More

My wife and I visited Great Fosters this April to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. We got married there 2 years previous and this was our first re-visit since that day.
