We've stayed here lots of time when visiting relatives who live in Bouremouth. The rooms are nice - even the basic rooms, although the hotel can get rowdy during the Christmas party season. However, because it's getting very expensive to stay here, we now prefer to use the RNLI College in Poole - if we can.

The Upper Deck restaurant and bar have recently been relaunched and are great - brilliant venue for Sunday lunch, as well as when staying in the hotel and spa Stayed in two connecting room in the new part of the hotel - great room quality and service experience overall

BOOKING We booked a last minute stay, deciding on a sunny morning it would be good to be by the sea. The greeting from the hotel was excellent, the gentleman who booked us in was very professional, our room on the 5th floor had excellent views of teh small inlet/harbour, with nothing between the hotel and the sea - rather like the Midland Hotel in Morecambe. A wonderful location in Mudeford. The hotel is a picturesque masterpiece. Rooms are well appointed, restaurant very well run with good food. Had a two night champagne break here, loved the spa, really lovley pool.Nice room very spacious, great beds. The Jetty restaurant n the grounds is superb! It was our second visit and won't be our last. I looked at a disabled room for my mum for a future visit and it was excellent. Thanks to all at the hotel.

Any experience should start at the first contact, the Christchurch Harbour excels at this with the Michelle and sheila in reservations, nothing is too much trouble for them.
