Very helpful, Lovely rooms, have stayed before and booking for next year. Recomended by friend to use for a base for fishing trips. Sue let us put our catch in the freezer to take home and even got up to do an early breakfast.

Florian House is on a busy street, so lots of traffic noise. Woman who runs it, not terribly pleasant. Considering the number of options in Weymouth, there is no reason at all to choose this property.

Phoned two days before trip to check availability and the lady proprietor was helpful, friendly and efficient booking for two nights made quickly. lovely clean guest house, the best breakfast we have ever had !, It was huge ! Sue knows the area very well and came up with lots of good places to visit. Nice relaxed atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. no bad points, ten minutes walk to harbour. car park small but plenty of on street parking around

The accommodation is a little out of the centre of Weymouth - probably about 10 minutes to the beach and somewhat longer to the better part of the town. Booked an overnight stay last minute for a weekend away. Guest house was lovely. Welcome was warm and informative but not too fussy. Off road parking was a bonus. Married couple, stayed 2 nights found the Florian clean, comfortable and well presented, the breakfast was excellent and Sue very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Florian to everyone. In fact we came back for a second year without any hesitation.
