The spa / fitness centre / pool was not adjoining the B and B. Maybe it was me, but I understood this to be an hotel not a B&B with the spa facilities a 5 too 10 minute walk away. More

The "Cranleigh experience" was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly.
