Very friendly, clean and good food that is cooked to order rather than pre cooked.. Karen and Andy know all about the local area. We had a great time and felt very welcome. The Guest house is situated in a beautiful part of the lake district.

A very comfortable place to stay. Karen and Andy were very helpful with their knowledge of the area and the many interesting places to go. The breakfasts are wonderful. The guest house is situated in an ideal position. We would recommend it and will be going again.

Booked 3 rooms for a weekend stay. Very comfortable, all rooms had small ensuites decor could do with a bit of an update. Nice place to stay, perfect location, only 20 minutes to town and lake.The staff were very welcoming and friendly, made us feel really at home as soon as we arrived. Everything was explained clearly. Excellent breakfast, big choice of quality food- delicious hand made jams, tasty english breakfast. We would stay again and recommend to family and friends.
