This has been our 5th visit to Oakfold House and as always nothing is too much trouble.The rooms are superb and the breakfast is tremendous. Would recommend to anybody. More

This is a great B and B - tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and everything has an air of quality about it. We only stayed for one night, but the stay was first class. Our room was lovely, comfortable and immaculate. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Michael met us when we arrived he was very pleasant and informative. We will stay again hopefully soon. More

There was always plenty of choice for breakfast with a range of cooked food, continental style breakfast and cereals/yoghurts to choose from. Just had a 2 night stay at Oakfold House. Very good location - walking distance from Bowness where there's some nice shops, restaurants and the lake (for boat trips). Beautiful B&B in an excellent location. Room lovely and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, when we requested some soya milk this was not a problem actually I don't think any request would be a problem.
