We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable and enjoyed a pleasant stay. However, for the staff to have referred to us, the guests, as "you guys" is highly unprofessional..............."Sir" or "Madam" should be, of course, the correct form of address. More

just spent the easter weekend here. absolutely great. room and bathroom of a very high standard. food was great, the best we have experienced at a brend hotel, even the vegetarian in our party was delighted. staff were very attentive and friendly. we even had entertainment laid on. plenty of parking. all in all very good.
