I have just returned from my third visit to this hotel. The staff are excellent and do everything possible to make your visit enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar are appreciated. The bar/restaurant staff under the management of James are all very professional. The restaurant provides excellent cooked fresh... More

We have just returned from a one-week stay in the Regency. Everything was just right. The room was comfortable, overlooking the sea, with a good area to the side where you could do paperwork, or make tea/coffee from the provisions provided. There was a mini bar with free soft drinks, which were replenished each day. There was also a free... More

we travelled over to see family the welcome at the Regency was great the room was impressive the staff so friendly and accommodating you felt at home. The evening meal was incredible and the individually cooked breakfast is to die for. If you have to go over to I O M then try to book the Regency for a experience... More

Stayed at the Regency during a business trip to the IoM on the recommendation of the local office. Great welcome on arrival with room already allocated and paperwork kept to a minimum. Room was very clean, well appointed and the complimentary soft drinks were an added bonus and very welcome. Breakfast was first class, had the Manx Kippers everyday! Didn't... More

Although only 10 miles from home we decided on a break at theRegency. We arrived to a friendly warm reception where we were greeted professionally. We were directed to a quaint lift which has to be experienced to be believed. The sea view room with complimentary soft drinks was spotlessly clean and spacious. A nice touch was the offer of... This hotel sells itself short when describing itself. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff could not do enough for us. We stayed there for a short break and it had everything we needed. We had booked the restaurant for the Friday night when we arrived, but decided to change to the Saturday night. They... More

Old school charm and service with impeccable cleanliness and great food. It is the end of promenade so 1.7 miles walk into town but to be honest the Queens and Terminus pubs and L'Experience French restaurant are just a couple of minutes walk in either direction and plenty of taxis so for us this was a perfect location - will... Stayed here in March 2013 on business. Wasn't there long so limited knowledge. However, great location on the prom opposite the beach so great if you are staying for a break. I was on business so I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy this. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom as well. Only problem was that overlooking... More

Well located, in shore's front. Good, spacious rooms. Well equiped as well. Good breakfast service as well the general staff. The only shortcoming is mobility due to a very small lift, but this is due to the building age. The free soft drinks in rooms are a bonus.

Stayed here fore two nights on business, nice location overlooking the sea. Really comfortable bed and nice large TV in room with free drinks! What could be better....sadly every interaction I have had with staff has been dreadful, have been consistently ignored by reception every time I have had to talk to them, waiting at least thirty seconds while they...
