Such a great hotel. clean, very quite, very good breakfast.. friendly family. had the best time at the isle of wight festival and it was so good to come back every night to a warm shower and a good sleep after a very muddy and wet 3 days. good times!

Excellent hotel and facilities in a great location. Greeted by very friendly staff. It has all the facilities you need. Would certainly recommend.

Nice clean good size room & bath room, a little problem with the hot water. Easy walk to the town, were there are plenty of places to eat.

Just back from a three night stay at The Lawns. Very friendly hosts, the Lawns is ideally situated for exploring the Isle of Wight. We were very comfortable, the room was clean and nicely decorated and the breakfasts were excellent. Will definitely return when we go back to the Isle of Wight.
