Stayed here for two nights 26/04/2013. From the welcome we received from Karen it was obvious that we we're in for a great stay. Had a three night break in March, what a great B&B, absolutely spotless top to bottom, breakfast is fantastic the welcome is so warm. We stopped here for two nights and our only regret is that we hadn't planned to stay longer. The owners are just lovely, even insist on carrying your bags to the room! The decor is new , the rooms beautifully clean and the breakfast fab. Great value for money and a lovely experience.

We had to visit Ilfracombe to attend a funeral. A sad time made more than bearable by the very kind owners of this exceptional b & b. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the hotel itself was faultless in every way. Thank you Russ and Karen - we also enjoyed our chats in the evening!!

Ive stayed in a few b&b's around ilfracombe and this is by far the best, excellent value for money, great breakfast and most important of all the owners are fantastic, defiantly booking in the future.

Can't fault this b&b at all. The owners were really friendly and helpful and clearly enjoy making their guests feel welcome. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, top notch breakfast - absolutely no complaints!
