Myself and the wife stayed the weekend just gone for a quick last minute break. Nothing was too much trouble and as already said the breakfast is perfect with plenty of choice. Brother in law and I stayed for 2 nights Friday and Saturday quick break away from the wife's. Had a single room, small but clean with everything I needed. Very comfy bed. Stayed at the Strathmore for 4 nights on a short break. The double room was basic but clean and tidy. Our hosts Heather & Peter (oh and Holly the dog) were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them.
