I was given an upgrade to room one. The room was beautiful, even better than the pictures suggest. Helen, the proprietor was very friendly and incredibly helpful, offering advice on local attractions, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious nd very generous. A great all round 5 star experience. Lovely stay in room 1. loved the drawer unit and furniture, great dvd collection, pleasant surprise that coast path so close to back garden, beautiful original victoriam tiles in hallway, owner very helpful and brought welcome pot of tea as we arrived back from walk, breakfast delicious - home-made muffins recommended, also local marmalade.
