We stayed at The Otter as we were at a wedding there, the food was excellent, we ended up staying two more nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food in the restaurant fantastic!!!! Our room was lovely and breakfasts brilliant, overall a great stay. More

Four of us stayed at the Otter in September for a wedding reception. The place was very dated, not refurbished and had a musty funny smell. The Otter Hotel West Auckland, off road parking, friendly and efficient staff, a comfortable bed, good food, excellent breakfast, a good experience and value for money, What more could you ask for, I would recommend this hotel and certainly stay there again. More
