I really cannot understand all the nitpicking by some of the other reviewers. This hotel is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff members were courteous and welcoming. Good location by Heathrow and very reasonable rates. I don't know what else you could need for an overnight stay. I had no problems whatsoever.

Staff were rude (apart from one gentleman behind the bar), they were not happy to help and gave the impression that they really couldn't be bothered. Rooms were ok - could do with some decoration. Food was ok. Wouldn'nt stay there again. Pretty poor.

Have stayed at this hotel several times to break the journey whilst en-route to Istanbul, New Zealand etc. Always found the sleep quality to be good at this hotel. Have eaten here but tend more often to go down the road to a pub where you can get 2 meals for 9 pounds.
