I spent two seperate nights at the Radisson and upon checking in both times the staff was courteous, professional and fun. Eszter checked me in the first night and Bill the second. They couldn't do enough to make my stay great. More

My overall experience at the Edwardian was positive, but there were a few sour notes. Check-in was a breeze, and everyone was incredibly warm and helfpul. I upgraded to a 'deluxe' room. The room was very nice, clean, contemporary warm decor; but the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. It felt to me like a futon mattress, and not a good futon... More

We chose the Radisson Park Stay Fly option and anticipated that we would not particularly enjoy the experience of a busy airport hotel. In fact it was the complete opposite - from the moment we arrived we were surprised just how good the level of service was. Our room was very clean and comfortable and were hardly aware of aircraft... More

We booked this hotel as an undercover four star hotel using holiday extras, for a one night stay before flying from Heathrow. The package also included parking for the five nights we were away. Arrival was straightforward on SatNav guidance (apart from the cyclist in the bus lane who decided to play stop go), and parking was easy enough -... More

We arrived late at night and there was some sort of function on at the hotel as there were a lot of people milling around in reception and a lot of noise! We waited quite a while at reception to check in which I didnt expect at 2330 in the evening! There were 4 of us travelling with 2 rooms.... More

I stayed here for one night with an early flight next morning out of Heathrow. the hotel is easy to reach thanks to the Hoppa service every 20 minutes. My problems started at reception, the reception staff struggled with my booking through Holiday Extras, believing at one point that I had already checked in. That took 15 minutes to sort... More

I stayed overnight for business having arrived at Heathrow around 5pm. I had read many favourable reviews praising the hotel and it looked good on its website so I gave it a try. Getting there is easy - 5-10 mins on the D56 bus for £4.50 caught right outside T5. It is £25 in a taxi going back (!!) so... More

When ever I travel to UK for business, I need fast connection to the main offices therefore, my first choice is look for hotel close by the airport. Yes it hardly a great location when you are in London, but from all the near by airport hotels, I just love this one. Rooms are nice and comfortable, very clean and... More
